Tailoring a fitness program specific to your needs and the demands of your lifestyle and a giving you the coaching structure and support you need to keep you accountable and on track throughout your journey.
- Consultation to determine goals, motivation and any obstacles that might stand in your way
- Video call to discuss training, discuss exercise form, nutrition and troubleshooting
- 100% Personalised training plan - minimum 6 weeks with either 2 / 3 or 4 sessions per week dependent on your needs and goals
- Each program will take into consideration home equipment or gym availability as well as likes and dislikes
- Messaging and support via Whatsapp to keep you on track
- Nutritional support and food diary analysis also available
