I will build you a totally bespoke workout program based around your goals, current fitness levels and schedule. Tailoring a fitness program specific to your needs and the demands of your lifestyle, whilst giving you the coaching structure and support you need to keep you accountable and on track throughout your journey.
- Consultation to determine goals, motivation and any obstacles that might stand in your way
- Video call to discuss training, discuss exercise form, nutrition and troubleshooting
- 100% Personalised training plan - minimum 6 weeks with either 2 / 3 or 4 sessions per week dependent on your needs and goals
- Each program will take into consideration home equipment or gym availability as well as likes and dislikes
- Messaging and support via Whats app or email to keep you on track
- Nutritional support and food diary analysis also available
