Ingredients

      • 1 frozen banana
      • 1/3 cup blueberries
      • 1/3 cup raspberries
      • 1/3 cup almond milk
      • 1/3 cup kefir - or you could use natural yogurt
      • Vanilla protein powder
      • 1tbsp peanut butter
      • 2tbsp oats

      Toppings

      • Extra fruit
      • Granola
      • Nuts / seeds

Method

  1. Simply blitz all ingredients together and serve with your choice of toppings
