Chia pot

Gluten free / dairy free / low FODMAP

Serves 1

Ingredients

      • 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
      • One cup of dairy free milk – almond / coconut milk
      • ½ tsp vanilla extract
      • ½ tsp cinnamon

      Toppings

      • ½ tbsp flax seed
      • Handful fresh or frozen strawberries
      • 1 tbsp flaked almonds

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients and place in an airtight jar.
  2. Leave to settle for 5 minutes and stir through again.
  3. Place the jar in the fridge overnight.
  4. Enjoy in the morning with the toppings
