Gluten free / dairy free / low FODMAP
- 3 Tbsp. chia seeds
- One cup of dairy free milk – almond / coconut milk
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp cinnamon
- ½ tbsp flax seed
- Handful fresh or frozen strawberries
- 1 tbsp flaked almonds
- Combine all the ingredients and place in an airtight jar.
- Leave to settle for 5 minutes and stir through again.
- Place the jar in the fridge overnight.
- Enjoy in the morning with the toppings
