Chocolate peanut butter overnight oats
Gluten free / dairy free / low FODMAP
- 50mls kefir
- 1/2 cup oats
- 200mls coconut milk
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 Tbsp. unsweetened peanut butter
- 1 Tbsp. cacao powder
- ½ unripe Banana
- 1 Tbsp coconut flakes
- Blend all the ingredients together and place into a jar.
- Leave in the fridge overnight.
- Stir through in the morning and serve with the toppings.
