Coconut & Strawberry overnight oats

Gluten free / dairy free / low FODMAP

Serves 1-2


      • 5 Strawberries
      • 120g oats
      • 300ml coconut milk
      • 2tbsp desiccated coconut
      • 175ml Greek yogurt


      • Tbsp chopped almonds
      • Handful fresh or frozen strawberries


  1. Blitz together half of the oats together with the strawberries and milk
  2. Add the mixture into a bowl and combine with the rest of the oats and the coconut
  3. Pour the mixture into 1-2 bowls, layering over the greek yogurt as you go
  4. Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy with the rest of the strawberries and nuts in the morning
