Coconut & Strawberry overnight oats

- 5 Strawberries
- 120g oats
- 300ml coconut milk
- 2tbsp desiccated coconut
- 175ml Greek yogurt
Toppings
- Tbsp chopped almonds
- Handful fresh or frozen strawberries

Method
- Blitz together half of the oats together with the strawberries and milk
- Add the mixture into a bowl and combine with the rest of the oats and the coconut
- Pour the mixture into 1-2 bowls, layering over the greek yogurt as you go
- Leave in the fridge overnight and enjoy with the rest of the strawberries and nuts in the morning
