Fitness Classes

HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training, fat burning workout, calorie torching.

A sociable 45-minute fitness class using body weight exercises and resistance bands to efficiently firm, tone and sculpt your entire body. Great for shedding fat and improving fitness levels, so whether your aim is to lose a few pounds, feel a huge post-workout high, or simply meet new people and sweat to a great soundtrack, this is the class for you.

Modifications and adaptations are given throughout the class making it suitable for all experience levels.

A limited number of people is reserved for each class to ensure that you receive the space and attention to be coached when you need it.
