Avocado hummus

Gluten free / dairy free /  vegetarian

Ingredients

  • ½ an avocado
  • ¼ cup of chickpeas
  • 1 TBSO olive oil
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • Sprinkle of fresh basil
  • Salt and pepper

Method

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a blender and serve with vegetable crudités
