- 2 handfuls blueberries
- 2 Tbsp water
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 4 Tbsp oats
- 1Tbsp coconut flour
- 1 TBSP ground almonds
- 1 Tbsp sugar
- Heat blueberries in a saucepan with the water and honey until bubbling, slightly mushing them with the back of a spoon.
- Meanwhile mix together oil, oats, flour and almonds and sugar.
- Divide the blueberries between two ramekins and top with the oat mixture.
- Place in the oven for 25minutes until the oats are crisp and golden.
