Chocolate protein pot
Gluten free / dairy free / vegetarian

Ingredients
- 100ml coconut milk
- 30g almond butter
- 3 tbsp chocolate protein powder
- 4 pitted dates
- 2 eggs, separated
Method
- Heat the milk, butter, protein powder and dates in a small saucepan
- Meanwhile whisk the egg white until peaking
- Once the butter has been liquidised transfer to a blender along with the egg yolk and blitz until smooth
- Fold in the egg white and then divide the mixture into two ramekins
- Chill in the fridge for 2 hours prior to serving
- Top with fruit and desiccated coconut
