Matcha coconut energy balls
Gluten free / dairy free / vegetarian
Makes approx 6 balls
Ingredients
- 2tsp Matcha powder
- 3 pitted medjool dates
- 30g desiccated coconut
- 75gs almonds
- Juice of ½ lemon
- ½ tsp ginger
Method
- Simply blitz together in a blender and then roll into balls.
- Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour before eating
