Matcha coconut energy balls

Gluten free / dairy free /  vegetarian

Makes approx 6 balls

Ingredients

  • 2tsp Matcha powder
  • 3 pitted medjool dates
  • 30g desiccated coconut
  • 75gs almonds
  • Juice of ½ lemon
  • ½ tsp ginger

Method

  1. Simply blitz together in a blender and then roll into balls.
  2. Refrigerate for approximately 1 hour before eating
