Peanut Butter Cranberry Bars

Gluten free / dairy free /  vegetarian

Makes approx 6 bars

Ingredients

  • 50 ml honey
  • 100g peanut butter
  • 40g cashew nuts
  • 30g almonds
  • 10g hazelnuts
  • 75g oats
  • 1Tbsp flax seed
  • 30g cranberries
  • 20g sultanas

Method

  1. Place the honey & peanut butter into a small saucepan and heat until melted
  2. Transfer to a blender with all other ingredients and blitz together
  3. Place on a lined baking tray and refrigerate for approx 1hr until set, then cut into bars
