Mini individual clinics
Mini workplace clinics allow employees to book in for a 15-20 minute 1:1 consultation, to discuss any nutritional queries or health concerns they may have and together we can come up with a dietary plan based on the individual’s circumstances.

Balance by Hayley offer bespoke fitness classes that are both fun and effective. These can include high energy classes, resistance or low impact classes dependent on the employees and business needs. From ongoing weekly classes to specially tailored one-off events run in your office.
